Admission Process

Admission into Impetus Dominion Academy Lagos is open to all children from JSS 1 irrespective of race, tribe, religion or creed.
Parents are to purchase application forms from the school administrative office at the stipulated fee. Completed admission forms should be returned to the school with all the required documents.

Academics

At Impetus Dominion Academy, our academic programs are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of students at every stage of their educational journey. Nursery School
The Nursery School at Impetus Dominion Academy is the first step in a child's educational experience. Our curriculum is centered around play-based learning, which encourages exploration and discovery in a safe and stimulating environment. We focus on developing foundational skills in areas such as language, mathematics, and social interaction, while also promoting creativity and independence. Our dedicated teachers ensure that each child feels supported and valued, helping them to develop confidence and a love for learning from a young age.

Primary School
In the Primary School, we build on the foundation laid in the Nursery School by offering a balanced and comprehensive curriculum. Our approach integrates core academic subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and Language Arts with creative arts, physical education, and technology. We believe in nurturing the whole child, so we place a strong emphasis on developing critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. At this stage, students are encouraged to explore their interests, ask questions, and develop a strong sense of responsibility for their own learning. Our goal is to instill a lifelong passion for knowledge and to prepare students for the more complex academic challenges they will face in the future.

Secondary School
The Secondary School at Impetus Dominion Academy is where students truly begin to hone their academic skills and prepare for higher education and future careers. Our curriculum is rigorous and diverse, offering a wide range of subjects, including advanced courses in Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and the Arts. In addition to academic excellence, we emphasize leadership development, ethical decision-making, and community service.
